Saffron City Rawalpindi: Documents to Check Before You Pay

Saffron City Rawalpindi states that the Rawalpindi Development Authority issued its NOC in January 2025. That sentence is the project’s own claim. It is not a substitute for reading the papers of the exact plot you are about to buy. Approval for a scheme, a phase, or a khasra can differ. Check the one attached to your file.

Ask for these papers

  • The approval or NOC copy the office is relying on, with the scheme name visible
  • The sector, block, plot number and size in writing
  • A payment schedule that matches the published payment plan for that block
  • A receipt for every amount you transfer
  • The name of the person or company the payment is made to

Check the plot, not only the brand

The office address is Main GT Road, Dhoke Malik Ishaq Awan, Rawat, Rawalpindi. Go there and stand on the plot if it is marked. Compare the size you are shown with 5 Marla, 10 Marla or 1 Kanal as listed for Sector A or Block B. A corner plot, a main-boulevard plot and an ordinary street plot should not be sold on the same unspoken rate.

Use the authority’s own record

Before a large transfer, search the scheme on the Rawalpindi Development Authority’s official channels and ask the sales office to reconcile any difference with your file. Housing ads, including pages on this website, are not the land record.

Then book

If the file matches the plot you visited, follow the booking steps. For directions, use the Saffron City Rawalpindi location page. Questions go to +92 322 558 0558 or info.saffroncityrwp@gmail.com, also listed on the contact page.
