Booking a plot in Saffron City Rawalpindi is a short process on paper and a slow one if the file is incomplete. Use this order so the receipt, the plot number and the installment plan all describe the same piece of land.
1. Choose the plot type
Residential options published by the project are 5 Marla, 10 Marla and 1 Kanal. Commercial plots are a separate inventory. Prices for Sector A are on the Sector A page, Block B on the Block B page, and the overview on the payment plan.
2. Visit or call the Rawat office
The office is on Main GT Road, Dhoke Malik Ishaq Awan, Rawat, Rawalpindi. Phone +92 322 558 0558. Email info.saffroncityrwp@gmail.com. Ask for the plot number, street, sector and size in one message so the reply cannot swap a file later. The contact page has the same details.
3. Match the payment schedule
Write down booking amount, monthly installment, bi-annual installment, number of months, and the possession percentage. Compare that note with the page for your block. If the two do not match, stop and ask which schedule is current.
4. Submit documents and pay the booking amount
The project asks buyers to submit the required documents and pay the booking amount to hold a plot. Pay only against a written receipt that names the plot. Keep a copy of your CNIC submission and the payment proof.
5. Read the file before the second installment
Before the next payment, go through the document checklist. Confirm the location on the location map with your own visit, not only with a rendered picture.
